Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about FORGEX, FX Credits, generated assets, project files, and payments.
What is FORGEX?
FORGEX is a browser-based production workspace for turning sketches, reference images, annotations, and text instructions into 3D workflows. Generation and texture operations may use external AI/3D providers.
What are FX Credits?
FX Credits are FORGEX usage credits. Different operations can use different amounts of FX depending on the selected generation profile, texture workflow, topology process, or other production step. The current FX cost is shown in the app before you confirm a paid action.
Where can I see current prices?
See the Pricing page for how FORGEX pricing works. Current purchase options and the final FX cost of an operation are shown inside the FORGEX app.
Does FORGEX store my project files?
Projects can be saved by you as local .fgx project files. FORGEX may temporarily store autosave/recovery data and cached provider results so an interrupted generation can be recovered or delivered. Provider result availability may expire.
Why can generated results vary?
FORGEX is a production workflow tool. AI and 3D generation are performed by external providers, so output quality and interpretation can vary. Review references, prompts, and previews before starting paid generation steps.
Can I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the reason and payment status. Read the Refund Policy. Refund requests must be sent to contact@forgex.id.
How do I contact FORGEX?
Email contact@forgex.id for account, billing, refund, or service questions.
